Dr. Terry Perkins is a licensed clinical psychologist. She attended USC for her undergraduate and graduate education and interned at Camarillo State Hospital. She resides in Newbury Park and has been providing psychological services in the Thousand Oaks area for over thirty years.
At this time the practice is limited to adults.
Dr. Perkins is very experienced with mood disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, stress, and relationship issues.
She is accepting new patients at this time. The more flexibility you have in scheduling will determine how quickly an appointment may be available.
She belongs to many insurance networks and you should check with your plan's behavioral health department to determine your benefits. Please note if your insurance requires pre-authorization and it is not obtained before the first visit the insurance company may not pay for the visit and you will be responsible.
